PA34B 80W monoblock

PA34B is a monoblock amplifier with 80W output power. The circuit is based on the well known PA12 but modified in order to drive 4 output tubes. As the current drive capacity is twice compared to PA12, PA34 can be used to drive less efficient speakers

The amplifier is built on a large PCB except for critical parts that are built using so called Point to Point, (PtP) technology, ceramic solder supports are used that can withstand 5kV.  The chassis is made of 10mm aluminium which gives extraordinary mechanical stability and completely remove vibration induced noise.

PA34 clips soft when max power is approached and even at 100W output power distortion is less than 3%.

PA34B has balanced input with XLR connector and can also be used unbalanced by a parallel RCA phono input.
